Authenticated code execution via database cloning
Published Aug 12, 2026 · Updated Aug 12, 2026
Incorrect privilege assignment in Plesk 18.0.52 through 18.0.79.5 and 18.0.80 through 18.0.80.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The database cloning process grants database server administrator authority during a clone or copy operation; Plesk has not disclosed the faulty code path or input handling. A customer or reseller account allowed to clone or copy a database is required, and exploitation crosses the hosting-tenant privilege boundary.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=18.0.52 <18.0.79.6
