Local data disclosure via unsafe backing-file creation

Information disclosure in Data::NDArray::Shared before 0.02 allows local users to read shared-memory IPC payloads from backing files. ndarray.h calls open with O_RDWR and O_CREAT using mode 0666, without O_EXCL or O_NOFOLLOW, so it creates broadly readable files and accepts pre-planted paths or symlinks. Exploitation requires local access to the shared directory and exposes mapped data or redirects the mapping to an attacker-chosen existing path.
