Local kernel compromise via redundant URB anchoring

Use-after-free in Linux allows local users to compromise the kernel through ALSA capture operations on TASCAM US-144 hardware. In capture_urb_complete(), each completed URB is anchored again despite already being anchored by tascam_trigger_start(), corrupting the anchor list and inflating the URB reference count. A local user with access to the ALSA PCM device and a connected TASCAM US-144 or US-144MKII can start and stop capture so usb_kill_anchored_urbs() traverses the corrupted list, enabling kernel memory disclosure, modification, or a crash.
