Kernel disruption via unmatched IOPF disablement

Denial of service in Linux 6.18.20 through 6.18.38 and 7.0 through 7.1.3 allows local users to trigger a kernel WARNING. The Intel IOMMU SVA unbind path calls intel_iommu_disable_iopf() for a non-PRI device even though the bind path never enabled IOPF. The condition requires Intel VT-d SVA on hardware lacking PCI Page Request Interface support and an SVA unbind operation; the documented consequence is the WARNING and low availability impact.
