Service interruption via uninitialized completion dereference

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux kernel I2C core allows local users to interrupt affected systems during failed adapter registration. In drivers/i2c/i2c-core-base.c, the adapter release callback dereferences a completion structure that registration did not initialize.
