Local privilege escalation via FUSE io_uring race

Memory-safety flaws in Linux 6.14 through affected branches allow local users to gain kernel privileges through a FUSE io_uring race. fuse_uring_ready can observe ring->ready before fiq->ops is published and can reload fc->ring between its null check and dereference, dispatching through stale or freed kernel objects. An ordinary user must mount FUSE with io_uring and race queue registration against filesystem requests; successful exploitation exposes kernel memory, corrupts the heap, or crashes the host.
