Local teardown race via stale EMAC interrupt

A teardown race in the Linux ARC EMAC driver allows local users to reach a releasing net_device through a stale interrupt. The probe path requests the IRQ without first disabling EMAC interrupt sources or clearing pending status, so arc_emac_intr() can run while teardown releases the associated net_device. Reachability requires ARC EMAC hardware with latched firmware or bootloader status plus probe failure; Linux has not described a concrete post-race outcome.
