Kernel crash via double socket release

Expired pointer dereference in the BPF TCP iterator in Linux 6.17 allows local users to crash the kernel through local BPF syscalls. The batch-growth failure path leaves socket cookies in slots still marked as live, so bpf_iter_tcp_seq_stop() releases the batch again and treats a cookie as a struct sock pointer. Exploitation requires CAP_BPF and CAP_PERFMON, more than INIT_BATCH_SZ sockets in one hash bucket, and memory pressure that makes reallocation fail; the demonstrated outcome is a kernel panic.
