Kernel control-flow hijack via unchecked USB packet

Heap buffer overflow in the Linux kernel ims-pcu driver allows physically proximate attackers to hijack kernel control flow via USB data. ims_pcu_process_data() increments read_pos without checking IMS_PCU_BUF_SIZE, letting oversized URB data corrupt the index before ims_pcu_handle_response() copies into cmd_buf. Exploitation requires a malicious USB device and can corrupt cmd_done.wait.head so complete() follows an attacker-manipulated pointer.
