Kernel memory disclosure via unchecked MAP frame length

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux Kernel RMNET MAP parser allows local users to disclose kernel memory through a crafted short frame. With ingress deaggregation disabled, rmnet_map_ingress_handler() skips length validation, and downstream parsing trusts pkt_len when reading MAP and checksum data. An unprivileged account can create the required TUN and RMNET links in a user namespace; repeated writes expose selected heap words and can also cause a kernel panic.
