Kernel memory corruption via oversized advertising data

Stack out-of-bounds write in Linux Kernel 4.1 and later allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through Bluetooth advertising data. The eir_create_adv_data() function prepends a three-byte Flags structure and then copies user-supplied instance data into a 31-byte legacy advertising buffer without checking the combined length.
