Memory exposure and crash via unchecked wireless IEs

Out-of-bounds reads in Linux Kernel's rtl8723bs Wi-Fi driver allow adjacent attackers to expose memory or crash affected systems. The is_ap_in_tkip() loop dereferences information-element headers before confirming they fit within ie_length and reads fixed payload offsets without validating element lengths. Exposure requires the rtl8723bs driver to process malformed nearby wireless information elements; the published impact is limited to confidentiality and availability.
