Kernel memory corruption via RED qevent use-after-free

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel net/sched allows remote attackers to corrupt kernel memory via crafted out-of-order IP fragments. tcf_qevent_handle() treats TC_ACT_CONSUMED as successful classification and returns an skb still owned by defragmentation, allowing red_enqueue() to reuse freed storage. The path requires a RED qevent with act_ct defragmentation; reuse can corrupt kernel memory or crash the kernel.
