GPU memory exposure and corruption via miscalculated offsets

Out-of-bounds access in Linux Kernel 6.19 through 7.0.10 allows local users to read or corrupt GPU memory via VCE job submissions. In drivers/gpu/drm/amd/amdgpu/vce_v1_0.c, VCPU buffer sizing omits the firmware offset, while unaligned stack and data offsets place VCE windows outside the reserved buffer. Ordinary users need local render-node access and an AMD GPU using VCE 1; crafted command-submission ioctls can expose or corrupt adjacent VRAM or GART memory and lock the GPU.
