Local information disclosure via stale branch predictions

Information disclosure in Linux Kernel allows local users to read sensitive data through BPF JIT spraying during code-memory reuse. On affected x86 builds, the BPF JIT allocator reuses executable memory without issuing an IBPB, leaving stale branch predictions available to speculative execution. Exposure requires Spectre-v2 mitigations and BPF JIT to be enabled while the BPF dispatcher does not already use a retpoline sequence.
