Kernel crash via disconnect-time work rearming

Use-after-free in the ALSA us144mkii driver in Linux Kernel allows attackers to crash the kernel during USB disconnect. A completion callback can re-arm canceled capture or MIDI-in work after tascam_disconnect() starts freeing the card-private tascam structure. The race requires a URB to complete after work cancellation but before anchored URBs are killed; the public record does not specify attacker privileges.
