Kernel crash via unchecked failed control allocation

NULL pointer dereference in Linux Kernel ALSA cmipci allows local users to crash the kernel after audio-control allocation fails. snd_cmipci_spdif_controls() dereferences kctl->id.device without checking whether snd_ctl_new1() returned NULL following the failed allocation.
