Local service interrupt via shared bitfield races

Race condition in Linux Kernel 5.19 through 7.2-rc1 allows local users to cause a vfio/mlx5 service interrupt during device migration. Runtime flags sharing a bitfield storage unit undergo non-atomic read-modify-write operations, so concurrent detach, dirty-tracking, reset, error, or event updates can overwrite one another. Reachability requires an mlx5 VFIO device and local access to migration-related operations; the published assessment limits the reported consequence to availability loss.
