Local memory consumption via stale freeze listeners

Improper reference-count cleanup in Linux Kernel 6.18 allows local users to consume memory through Rust Binder freeze listeners. When userspace drops a node reference to zero without first clearing its listener, cleanup leaves that listener in both the process red-black tree and remote node list, retaining a reference cycle. Triggering the leak requires local access to the Rust Binder interface; repeated leaked cycles can reduce available memory, but no crash is established.
