Kernel crash via unchecked DAMON intervals

Improper interval handling in the Linux Kernel DAMON subsystem allows local users with sysfs write access to crash the kernel. damon_max_nr_accesses() divides by zero or returns a zero denominator for zero intervals, while damon_hot_score() fails to bound scores from very large intervals before indexing regions_score_histogram. Exploitation requires privileged DAMON sysfs write access and results in a divide-error kernel oops or an out-of-bounds array access.
