System crash via sleeping IRQ-path spinlock

Denial of service in the Linux kernel Spreadtrum EIC driver allows local users to panic PREEMPT_RT systems during GPIO IRQ setup. sprd_eic_irq_unmask() calls sprd_eic_update(), which takes a regular spin_lock_irqsave() in the nonsleepable irq_startup() path; PREEMPT_RT turns that lock into a sleeping lock. The condition requires a PREEMPT_RT kernel using the Spreadtrum EIC driver when the affected IRQ is set up; the bounded consequence is a system crash.
