Invalid kernel-memory read via netpoll shutdown race

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel netpoll allows attackers to trigger an invalid kernel-memory read during netpoll shutdown. The cleanup path frees npinfo after cancel_delayed_work() returns without waiting, while queue_process() can still recover and dereference the object through its work item.
