CVE-2026-6442Network attack vector

Arbitrary code execution via chained bash commands

Published Apr 16, 2026 · Updated Apr 16, 2026

Improper command validation in Snowflake CoCo CLI before 1.0.25 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code through untrusted content. The CLI's bash-command validation permits specially crafted subsequent commands embedded in content such as a malicious repository to run outside its local sandbox. Exploitation requires the model to process the crafted content, is non-deterministic and model-dependent, and executes code on the local device without user consent.
