Local host crash via unchecked swap-cgroup map

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux Kernel swap-cgroup code allows local users to crash a swapless host during process exit. lookup_swap_cgroup_id passes an unregistered swap type's NULL map into __swap_cgroup_id_lookup, which dereferences it after swap_pte_batch accepts the PTE without swap_info validation. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access, a swapless configuration, and prior corruption of a PTE into a real swap entry; the bounded impact is a host crash.
