Kernel memory disclosure and panic via unterminated name

Out-of-bounds read in Linux Kernel allows local users to disclose kernel memory or trigger a repeatable kernel panic via setsockopt. The ebtables replacement path passes an attacker-controlled match name without a terminating null byte to request_module(), whose string formatting reads past the table allocation. The path requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in the socket network namespace; deployments permitting unprivileged user namespaces can grant that capability without host-level administrative access.
