Kernel-data disclosure or crash via unterminated table name

Out-of-bounds read in Linux Kernel ebtables allows local users to disclose kernel-stack data or crash the host via a table name. The update_counters(), compat_update_counters(), and compat_do_replace() paths pass a user-supplied 32-byte name without NUL termination, so vsnprintf() scans beyond the stack field on a lookup miss. Reaching the setsockopt() path requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in a network namespace; a low-privileged local user can obtain it through new user and network namespaces, with no remote attack path.
