Kernel warning via unconditional workqueue cancellation

Improper workqueue handling in the Linux kernel mtk-jpeg driver allows local users to trigger a kernel warning when closing a JPEG device. mtk_jpeg_release calls cancel_work_sync even when the platform's jpeg_worker callback is null, causing WARN_ON in __flush_work.
