Out-of-bounds kernel access via fragmented devmap clones

Out-of-bounds access in Linux Kernel allows remote attackers to access kernel memory via fragmented XDP frames sent through devmap. The devmap clone path copies only linear frame data while retaining XDP_FLAGS_HAS_FRAGS, so frame return treats uninitialized tailroom as fragment metadata. An XDP devmap broadcast redirect must clone fragmented traffic; the resulting invalid metadata drives the out-of-bounds access in kernel context.
