Kernel memory corruption via wrapped BTF field count

Out-of-bounds write in Linux Kernel 6.11.6 through 7.1 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory via malformed BTF data. btf_repeat_fields() calculates an expanded field count in u32, allowing arithmetic wrap to bypass the BTF_FIELDS_MAX capacity check before memcpy() writes beyond the scratch array. Reachability requires BPF_BTF_LOAD privileges, normally init-namespace CAP_BPF or a delegated BPF token; the overwrite can panic the host or corrupt kernel control data.
