Local service interruption via verifier bounds mismatch

Out-of-bounds memory access in the Linux Kernel BPF verifier allows local users to interrupt service with a crafted BPF program. For BPF_F_INNER_MAP maps, the verifier checks a constant key against the template's max_entries and wrongly drops nullability when the concrete inner array is smaller. The exploitation gate is low-privileged local access with permission to load the crafted BPF program, and the bounded consequence is service interruption.
