Unspecified impact via wrong DWC3 helper argument
Published Jul 25, 2026 · Updated Jul 25, 2026
Incorrect pointer use in Linux Kernel 6.18.32 through 6.18.39 and 7.0 allows attackers to cause unspecified impact via unspecified vectors. The dwc3_ulpi_setup() function passes dwc3->regs, an I/O-memory pointer, to dwc3_readl() and dwc3_writel(), which require the enclosing dwc3 structure. The calls run only with a ULPI PHY and USB 2.0 transceiver delay enabled; Linux has not demonstrated a concrete consequence beyond an address-space warning.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
