Local memory corruption via unlocked service-table traversal

Race condition in the Linux Kernel QAT driver allows local users to corrupt memory or trigger a use-after-free during service changes. Service lifecycle functions traverse service_table without service_lock while concurrent registration or removal can free or corrupt an entry. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and a successful race in the QAT subsystem; the resulting corruption can crash the kernel or alter execution.
