Local process memory corruption via undersized header check

Out-of-bounds write in affected Linux Kernel releases allows local users to corrupt process memory through an iommufd vEVENT read. The iommufd_veventq_fops_read() bound check measures the hdr pointer rather than the eight-byte header, then copies the full header and payload past a short userspace buffer. The path requires a locally held vEVENTQ descriptor on a 32-bit kernel; the four-byte overwrite allows a consumer crash or control-flow hijack, while current 64-bit builds are unaffected.
