Local service interruption via oversized iommufd queues

Resource exhaustion in Linux Kernel 6.15 through 6.18.39 and 6.19 through 7.1.3 allows local users to interrupt service via iommufd. The vevent queue allocator accepts a user-controlled depth and allocates the resulting large queue while holding a spinlock, consuming atomic memory reserves. A low-privileged local user with iommufd access can create oversized queues until kernel memory pressure disrupts system availability; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
