Guest-state corruption via skipped KVM exit handling

Data integrity failure in Linux Kernel KVM allows local users to omit guest writes from dirty logs during a vCPU userspace exit. Fastpath exits return from KVM_RUN before the vendor exit handler runs, so VMX can leave its PML buffer unflushed and the final writes unmarked. Exploitation requires access to a VM vCPU descriptor and PML dirty logging; affected migration or restore state can contain stale pages, causing guest corruption, a crash, or a hang without a host escape.
