CVE-2026-6428Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Database disclosure via unparameterized report filter

Published Jun 13, 2026 · Updated Jun 13, 2026

SQL injection in Koha allows remote authenticated users with Reports access to read arbitrary application-database data via Filter. The calculate routine in reports/catalogue_out.pl concatenates the unmodified Filter parameter into a LIKE clause and executes it through DBI without a bound placeholder. A staff account with the Reports module flag and Criteria set to branchcode is required; successful exploitation exposes database records, including credentials and personal data.
