Local FUSE operation hangs via leaked request reference

Denial of service in Linux Kernel 6.14 through 6.18.38 and 6.19 through 7.1.3 allows local users to hang FUSE operations. On canceled io_uring task work, fuse_uring_send_in_task() routes the entry through fuse_uring_send() without ending the referenced fuse_req, leaving it hashed and its background counter undischarged. When a local user can issue FUSE requests through io_uring, the initiating thread can remain in D-state for the connection lifetime, and repeated cancellations can stall later background operations.
