Local system crash via inherited stale flag

Null-pointer dereference in copy_process() in Linux Kernel allows local users to crash the system through process creation. The function copies PF_BLOCK_TS from a parent task while clearing the child's plug pointer, violating the flag's non-null pointer invariant.
