Local system crash via uninitialized regulator pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the TPS65219 regulator driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to crash affected systems through an IRQ. The IRQ handler passes an uninitialized irq_data.rdev regulator pointer to regulator_notifier_call_chain(), producing a kernel oops. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an active TPS65219 regulator driver; the resulting crash interrupts system availability.
