Local system crash via invalid broadcast TLB flush

Denial of service in Linux Kernel allows local users to crash affected x86 systems through ordinary memory activity on affected releases. With nopcid active on an AMD CPU supporting INVLPGB, consider_global_asid assigns a nonzero PCID and flush_tlb_mm_range issues INVLPGB while CR4.PCIDE is clear. The path requires an address space active on more than three CPUs; the resulting general-protection fault produces a kernel oops and interrupts the system.
