Local kernel memory corruption via representor double free

Double free in the OcteonTX2 PF representor driver in Linux Kernel allows local users to corrupt kernel memory during resource setup. After otx2_init_hw_resources() unwinds partially initialized SQ, CQ, and aura state, rvu_rep_rsrc_init() calls otx2_free_hw_resources() and releases those resources again. Reachability requires OcteonTX2 representor hardware and a hardware-resource setup failure; resulting runtime behavior remains unvalidated.
