Adjacent out-of-bounds read via sparse TTLM maps

Out-of-bounds read in Linux Kernel mac80211 allows physically proximate attackers to read past a negotiated TTLM element. ieee80211_parse_neg_ttlm advances its cursor for absent TIDs even though link_map_presence indicates that no map bytes exist, causing a later present TID to consume bytes beyond the validated element. A wireless peer must supply a sparse negotiated TTLM map; valid_links blocks the stray values from changing driver policy, while production-path manifestation depends on allocator layout.
