Network service interruption via unsynchronized ICOSQ writes

Race condition in Linux Kernel 5.3 through 7.0.10 and 7.1-rc1 through 7.1-rc4 allows remote attackers to interrupt network service. After a NAPI affinity change, mlx5e_trigger_irq() writes and advances the synchronous ICOSQ without synchronization while XSK receive allocation or another trigger updates the queue. Reachability requires mlx5e zero-copy AF_XDP work during the affinity race; queue corruption produces bad completions and can leave receive processing unavailable.
