Untrusted DLL search in MobaXterm Home Edition 26.0 through 26.1 allows local users to execute code via a crafted msimg32.dll. The executable retains an msimg32.dll dependency that Windows resolves through an uncontrolled search path, allowing a planted copy to load. Low-privileged local access and high-complexity placement are required; payload code runs with the MobaXterm process privileges.
