Kernel memory disclosure or crash via DP index

Out-of-bounds read in the qmp-usbc driver in Linux Kernel 7.0 through 7.0.10 allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system. The qmp_v2_configure_dp_swing function treats level 4 as valid because its boundary check uses greater-than instead of greater-than-or-equal, then indexes 4-by-4 swing and pre-emphasis tables. Reachability requires the QCS615 USB/DisplayPort PHY driver to process a DisplayPort swing configuration with voltage or pre-emphasis level 4.
