CVE-2026-64204

Code execution via TDRefCountedPtr out-of-bounds write

Published Aug 25, 2026 · Updated Aug 26, 2026

Out-of-bounds write in NI LabVIEW 26.3.0 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to execute code or disclose data when a user opens a crafted VI. NI identifies the locus as freeing TDRefCountedPtr but has not disclosed the precise invalid write operation or bounds failure. Exploitation requires user interaction with attacker-supplied VI content and can compromise the LabVIEW process or expose its data.
