CVE-2026-64203

Code execution via QualifiedName prepend out-of-bounds read

Published Aug 25, 2026 · Updated Aug 26, 2026

Out-of-bounds read in NI LabVIEW 26.3.0 and earlier allows attackers to disclose information or execute code through a crafted VI. The QualifiedName prepend function reads beyond a buffer while LabVIEW loads malformed VI data; NI has not disclosed the exact unchecked length operation. Exploitation requires a local user to open the file, after which processing exposes process memory or executes code in that user's context.
