Kernel crash via NULL transmit handler race

Race condition in the Linux Kernel team driver allows local users to crash the kernel during a concurrent network mode change. The __team_change_mode() path clears team->ops before restoring dummy handlers, allowing concurrent team_xmit() to call a NULL transmit pointer. Triggering the crash requires CAP_NET_ADMIN, a team-device mode change, and simultaneous AF_PACKET transmission with forced carrier.
