Local denial of service via device-reference leak

Resource leak in Linux Kernel poison accounting allows local users to exhaust device references through repeated memory-block lookups. The memblk_nr_poison_inc() and memblk_nr_poison_sub() helpers call find_memory_block_by_id(), then update nr_hwpoison without releasing the acquired memory-block device reference. Low-privileged local access is required; repeated successful lookups consume kernel resources until the host can no longer provide service.
