Absolute path traversal in PaperCut NG/MF before 25.0.11 allows remote authenticated users with admin rights to read local files. The Shared Account Synchronization source-path handler accepts an administrator-supplied absolute path without validating it against an authorized directory list, then parses the selected file and renders its text in the account interface. Exploitation requires administrative access and exposes only files readable by the application service account, including sensitive configuration or system text.
